The concert begins at 7:00 p.m., and all families and friends are invited to come hear the Stillwater students in their first performance of the year. The children have been working hard and are excited to participate in this concert. Hope to see all of you there.

On Tuesday, December 13 the intermediate band, 5th & 6th grade chorus and handbell ensemble will open the Senior Citizen Luncheon with a performance of the music they presented at the evening concert. Later in the luncheon, the kindergarten classes and the 1st graders will provide musical entertainment. What an exciting time of the year!

Holiday Hat Spirit Day!

The 4th grade will be holding their next school wide Spirit Day next Tuesday, December 13! This Spirit Day’s theme will be Holiday Hats. The 4th graders will then be using your results to make pictographs! Remember, the class with the most participants gets the “School Spirit” ribbon hung outside their door for the month. Help your class, and the 4th grade, and don’t forget your Holiday Hats on Tuesday!  ~ Mrs. Bickhardt and Miss Freeborn ~

Pre-school news

The preschool children are bursting at the seams with excitement over the upcoming holiday season. Stories and songs about Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanza are enriching the season and adding to the joy this time of year has to offer. A great lesson learned is that giving of yourself this season is important as the children create holiday gifts and cards for their families. The preschool wishes all of our Stillwater friends and families a happy and healthy holiday season!

Staff Jeans Day

The staff at Stillwater School wore jeans last Friday for a good cause. They donated money to the Philanthropic Fund. The Stillwater Education Association present five scholarships each year. The additional two scholarships are presented to two seniors at Kittatinny Regional High School who attended Stillwater School as elementary school students.

Holiday Tree at Stillwater School

A yearly tradition at Stillwater School is to help those in need in our community. A tree decorated with hand made ornaments is on display in the CST office.
