Meet Mrs. Then

 

Hello and welcome to my classroom page! My name is Erica Then and I am excited to be teaching English Language Arts and Social Studies at Stillwater School. In our departmentalized third grade, I have the wonderful opportunity to work with students, helping them grow as readers, writers, thinkers, and citizens. I am passionate about creating a supportive, engaging, and inspiring environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.    

I have been teaching for 17 years and my goal is to foster a love of learning in each child. At Stillwater, we work together as a community to encourage curiosity, creativity, and growth. I believe that every student brings something unique and valuable to our classroom, and I strive to celebrate those strengths while helping them build confidence in all areas.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, walking trails, fishing, camping, and spending time with my family & pets. I'm excited for a wonderful year full of learning, exploration, and success!
